Hey! I've written here before but I really never really gotten a good answer. So heres my question, What r the basics to lose weight i really need to. I'm 5'8" and weigh 180 lbs. Please answer!

basic things to do to lose weight are 1)drink lots of water 2)cut down on fatty food 3)eat healthy food instead 4)stop eating when u r full not stuffed 5) eat only when u r hungry 6)exercise
