Hi! I'm 5' 3" and I weigh 140. I want to loose 25 pounds. I exercise but I need some help with eating healthy. I cut my meals in half and drink lots of water, eat good food, but I can't loose any weight.Can anybody help me.

u shouldn't lose weight too fast. that's not healthy. u should lose only 1 to 2 pounds each week. i think u will lose weight soon if u keep up what u r doing.
