i gained another pound! i weigh 262! i feel like a humogous blimp and my belly looks and feels bigger than usual. this will probably be my last message because i am not losing weight. maybe the reason john isn't posting more messages is because he is probably upset about the 9 pound gain.

its prob glyceron or water cuz u can gain up to 3 lbs of that butit is NOT fat. i repeat, it is NOT fat
