hey im a 15 year old female from canada...5 foot 4 and about 125 pounds...i wanna lose about 10 pounds..i exercise 5 times a week in pe...for about 80 mins...each day...cuz ya in pe we have to do runnin and liftin weights 5 times a week...well also i have like a 27 inch waist...and 35 inch hips..i hate my hips..they are too big...any way to get rid of them? oh how to firm my butt? lol ive tried..but nothin works...and i got a lil flab on my stomach also...that wont go away neither...well do u guys think im fat? reply back thanks god bless

If you only have a flab in your stomach sit ups or crunches every day or every other day should get rid of it and as for thighs and but arobeics may work or you can get one of those buns o' steel videos lol good luck
