I just to a second look at my scale and some son of a gun put the needle forward to 16 pounds. so i weighed myself again and i actually weigh 260. so that means i lost 3 pounds instead of gaining 13! That experience really scared me!

I now you really want to lose weight I lost 10 pounds
in one month with slim fast diet and I'm so happy but
I don't really follow the plan correctly because for dinner sometimes I ate pizza but I still lost weight anyway you should try it!the first week is hard but then you get used to it.
