It will help you see what you have to do every day to keep you in shape. For example: monday, wednesday, and friday ride bike around the block twice.Tuesday and Thursday walk around block once. (Remember: before you do any kinds of excersizes to stretch because it loosens up your muscles) Only do what you can do. Dont try to go over your limit. Oh yeah...and dont start doing crunches or sit ups or pull ups and all that. You have to burn the fat before you start trying to get the muscle to show. I hope this helps out a little!! -ann-
