Hey, my name is amanda, i'm 15 and i am overweight!! i know i am overweight and i doesn't bother me that much. But i'm 5'4 and i'm 162 lbs. THats A lot, i mean some of you are like in a size 7 and stuff and i'm a size 13, i would love to be an 8 or 9!! i just wanted someone, like a buddy to email me so we can help eachother lose weight. THis is the most i've ever weighed in my whole life!!! and i want to be like 128 or so. It would be great, but i mean i'm not like depressed about it, i just think i'm not healthy and i need to be. I'm a good christian, and i think the lord is telling me i need to be healthy not just skinny to look good. For those of you who are healthy don't worry about loosing weight, it doensn't matter what the scale says but how healthy you feel and how active and loving and caring you are. Reply from Mel, Age 14 - 10/26/02 - IP#: 66.19.39.xxx Hey,I'm 5'4 tall and weight 159 pounds I'm also a size 13.Staying in a diet is hard I always kept on giving up mine.But I came to the time I was so determinated to change I started dieting and kept it since then.I've lost 25 lbs. so far and gone from pant size 18 to 13.
