please help me i am 13 and i weigh 138 i am really sick of being me and i need help on my stomachei usually dont eat alot and my metabolism is slow i excersice frequently just SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE

well just eat healthy and im 10 in 106 pounds and i eat healthy and excersice so i know
