Hello, I guess I'm ok as far as the norm. is conserned, but I would still like to ask if any one knows some good exersizes to do to lose 5-9lbs? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!

You can dance to a couple songs on the radio in your own room! (Up-beat songs!). Good luck, I know you can do it!
