Hi everyone! i'm back. i weigh 262 pounds, so my weight hasn't changed. can any body tell me any goo excercises to get rid of the flab around my belly and any other excercises to lose weight?

It will take months for you to see any results. Check your food intake. Make sure that you are getting enough fruits and vegetables. You have to eat so your body will let go of the fat and stop holding onto it thinking you might starve yourself. Good luck.
