i'm turning 16 on may 30! i can't wait for that occasion, but i'm 5'4 and 166lbd, i want to be like 135 or so, before i turn 16 in may. I need some advice on how and if that is a possilbily for me by may 30. I want to be sexy and wanted by guys but most of all, i want to be healthy, and be a good christian, and for some reason i feel i need to loose to do so. help please!!!!

Hey Mandy, You can do it! EAsily, you have lots of time. Look up one of my posts, it's on a different page now, but it has all the things that I am trying to do to lose weight. Just try to do some of these things at first, not all at once. Start w/ just cutting out junkfood and excersising 15 min. a day, then add more, and start eating fruit for snacks. Drink lots of water too. (:

Mandy, know that if you lose too much weight too fast you will regain it. When you go on fad/crash diets you lose muscle and water(not good!) If you weight train 2 times a week and do exercise like walk or jog daily for 30 minutes you will lose weight.
Stop going to places where you know you will not be able to control what you eat.
Drink LOTS of water. The more you exercise the more water you need. Don't wait until you feel thirsty. Drink waaayy more than 8 8 oz of water a day. (64 oz) try to shoot for 100oz. (You will have to go to the bathroom a lot for a few days, but it will die down. It is all the water retention your body has been storing because it held onto every drop of water you drank. But if you keep giving it water all the water/toxins will go out)

If you start now you will definately be sexy by the time your birthday comes around.
Remember not to starve yourself. Your metabolism slows down in order for you to live. It feeds off your muscle and so any food you eat it will hold onto it and pack it on as fat, just in case you starve again. But if you keep giving your body nutritious food it won't hold onto it, and your metabolism will speed up and you will lose weight. Like I said before it is SOO important to drink lots of water!
(Don't workout the same muscles 2 days in a row.)

hey just cut down on the food you eat it healthy food sure it will be hard but it worked for me i went to 210 to 130 in like 2 mouths it was really hard at first but i got thourth it if i can so can you
