I have really good advice on how to lose fat. If you really want the help you have to understand that it takes about a month to really see any results.(sooner for some!) Then it can take up to 3 months to lose fat. You can never really trust the scale, it doesn't know how much your bones weigh, or your muscle. Trust how your body looks and clothes feel.
