ok, this may sound kind of a stuck up so please don't laugh. I'm 14 getting ready to be 15. i weigh somwhere in the neighborhood of 200 pds. The only thing is i don't look it. I don't have any muscles or anything i'm just tall and chuncky. Lots of people i know tell me all the time i'm not fat but it doesn't work. I have this guy friend that i talk to and i asked him. He told me i wasn't skinny but i wasn't fat either. But i know i am. I exercise all the time and i walk alot but nothing seems to help.

First, you don't sound stuck up at all.
Second-what do you eat? how often do you eat?
You should be eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks. (snacks being fruit, vegetables, yogurt, healthy)
