Reply from caprice, Age 14 - 11/24/02 - IP#: 62.30.192.xxx two things: eat healthily and excercise. to around 2-3 hours of intense excercise a week, such as basketball, swimming, anything that raises your pulse. As for what people have been saying about dont eat carbohydrates after 2.00 that is aload of rubbish, eat a varied diet, with calcium protein and carbs'. eat a big breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner. try and eat 5 fruits an vegetables a day, and drink at least 5 big glasses of water a day, you can have juice in it, if you like. have a treat at the end of the week to reward yourself, and a treat in the middle of the week to keep you going. Make sure they are small though. good luck! and keep me updated on how your getting on
