Once you've done that lift your left leg up and down slowly but keep you right firmly on the ground. Then rotate legs
Reply from henry, Age 13 - 11/29/02 - IP#: 209.245.163.xxx noooo dont cut out on milk!! ... cuz mum says u need calcium 4 ur bones an she read on anuther web site calcium helps u lose wiehgt... mum says stead of cuttin down milk u can switch to 1% or nunfat milk... thats wat i did.. an u can mix 2% milk an nunfat milk til u get use to it an then u dont mis 2% no more. - h.
Reply from Laura, Age 18 - 11/29/02 - IP#: 64.172.50.xxx Try cutting milk out of your diet. (drink only a couple times a week and in the morning time) Try eating more fruits and vegetables. Walk uphill. Jog for 2 miles daily (shouldn't take more than 30 mins or so.)
