hi i am 5'1 and 128 pounds.I want to loose 13-15 pounds and want to loose it by christmas giving me about for weeks to loose the wieght.i am going to eat only salad for meals and become a vegitarian.evry morning i will walk for two hours and later at night i willl dance for an hour.please can any body tell me if iit is possible to loose that amout of weight in that time.And i was wondering if anyone needs a buddy.

Reply from Jackie, Age 14 - 12/01/02 - IP#: 12.250.8.xxx Yes, it is possible to loose 13-15 pounds in 4 weeks. But make sure you got your scedual worked out. Are you sure you are going to have enough time to walk 2 hours in the morning? And eating healthy is a major factor here. Eating just salad and vegetables for the next four weeks is NOT healthy. Where is the protein? Meat has lots of protein. If your not going to eat meat you need to find a way to get protein i.e. dairy products, soy beans, and go online to find more sources of protein. If you dont get enough protein you'll probably faint while you work out. Also make sure you get the ammount of calories you need a day, which is at least 1000. Do not starve yourself, that will just slow down your motabolism. Some Tips: * Drink lots and lots of water. Not only does it keep you healthy and hydrated, it's a fat flusher. * Stretch. It will keep you from pulling a mucsle, and it can help loose weight. How? When you stretch, you work on your muscle endurance. Overtime, a stronger muscle burns more fat calories. * Excerise daily, but within reason. Be able to fit it into your scedual and if you feel yourself getting dizzy stop for a little while. * DANCE LIKE NO ONES WATCHING AND HAVE FUN!!!! Remeber its not going to be as easy as it may seem, but keep at it. Stay positive! ~GOOD LUCK~
