| Depends because the more u weigh the more weight u have to lose. If you more than 40 pounds overweight, then I suppose you could probably lose 14 pounds in 4 weeks fairly safely, but usually, the most you can lose safely in a week is 2 pounds, but usually it's only 1. Just try as hard as you can, but stay healthy. Don't starve yourself. These things take time. Good luck! | |
