Hi! We are both 12 years old and in desperate need of weight loss. We say were going on a diet tomorrow then keep saying that and eating more and more. Courtney is 4'10 153lbs and Heather is 4'11 150lbs. Our parents don't believe us when we are overweight, and we need HELP ASAP!
