Reply from manda jh, Age 14 - 12/09/02 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx Hey;-) If you want I'll be your buddy. Although I am 153 and 5'4" I don't know if you want somebody closer to your weight. Also,you said you lift everyday, I don't think it's good to lift everyday. Your body needs time to rest. I think you should lift every other day, and perhaps on the days that you don't lift do something like crunches. I think that would work nice and give more variety.
