I workout every day or 6 days a week, for about 25-30 minutes. At first I started out at 15 minutes and then worked my way up to 30. I eat 3 meals and a snack every day, but I make sure they are lowfat, so I only eat 20-25 grams of fat per day. Also, drinking lots of water helps. Good luck!
