Ht. 5'6", Today: 146.8 lb (BMI %tile: 85) - hey all you guys! i'm new here, but i have something for those of you that don't like to exercise. DANCE!!!!!! it's that easy, just dance like a maniac for 30 minutes a day and you won't even know you're exercising!!!!! i'm 5'6 and 146.8 lbs and i can't wait to start losing weight just by dancing!!!! peace out!

Dancing is a REALLY good way to exercise! Make sure you warm up for a couple minutes and stretch, tho, so you don't pull a muscle, I learned that through personal expirience!
