i have a question is this too much to eat?Breakki 1/2cup of greatgrains cereal w/ half cup of whole milksnack-lowfat granola bar(110 cals)lunch-leftovers, turkey,potatoes,veggies,stuffing,stringbean cassorole about the size of my palm portions (i have a really small hand lol)how does that sound??

baby ray that seems great just try to have a smaller lunch, member smaller size of the meals the better but not too small that you would starve yourself *later*

That sounds really good RayRay, but you should try to cut out things you don't need to eat, like stuffing. That stuff is loaded with calories, but anyways your list looks really good. *~Hugz n' Kisses~*
