Tell me if this is to much to eat all day: 4 glasses of chocolate milk(made by myself), toast, orange, 2 glasses of water?
Then tell me if this is a good eating plan:breakfast: orange, toast, apple/ lunch: 2 oranges, with water and an apple or plum/ supper: orange plum and apple, water, and maybe i little bit of wat mom makes for supper. plz reply and tell me how that sounds.PLZ REPLY!!

I think thats fine to eat but, you should add a lil' more.I eat mostly fruit cause im a vegan so it seems fine to me.You do need more nutrients!

You shouldn't eat only fruits and vegies.ou organism needs everything. So it's better if u eat a little bit from everything. Just don't eat or drink chocolate cuz that kind of sugar is not good for you at all. You can wtite to me at lilyn_402@hotmail.com

listen those other replys r pretty bad. You can't just eat fruit. You have to have one glass of milk per day minimum. The whole wheat toast is good. You need some protein so try a chicken sandich or chicken casesar at lunch. You should have a low fat snack after school such as yogurt.

it sounds like a great plan but you can still gain wieght by eating to much fruit.

everything else is okay and you should probably drink more water anad I'm not trying to be mean but you shouldnt have had 4 glasses of chocolate milk

The kinds of foods in ure plan are good but u shouldnt eat just fruits and vegetables u need to eat other foods too. and also personally i think that is way too little food. i dunno how much food u normally eat but usually someone eating that much would be starving by the second day of the diet.
