Hey. I need some advise. I'm starting a diet. Have been on it for a couple weeks and my mom and step-dad got me a treadmill the other day. I use it everyday now but how much walking do yall suggest I do??

All you need to do is 15 minutes each time because after that the exercise has less and less an effect on you (Read this in Fit or Fat). So if you wanna go twice a day for 15 instead of once for 30 its actually better. So less work more results.

try a mile a day or u can even walk it but atleast a over 30 min non stop, itz good 4 u
