Hi.. I'm sad because no one replied to me. I'll tell you what I ate today, and please tell me if its good, because I figured out if I lost 3 pounds a week, I'll be at my goal when I go to California in May or June. Okay, so This morning I had about Two oranges Lunch- I had a plate full of carrots and celery, an orange, and some water. Dinner- I ate a little less than a cup of chilie on a very small baked potato. Thanks, I really need this help, because I've been fat all my life and I want to know what its like to be thin..

You are not eating enough! I did that last year and I gained every pound plus six back! Do it healthy; lose no more than 2 lbs. per week; it may take longer but it will stay off forever. Try Weight Watchers it is awesome.

your not eating enough, if you stick to that, then you come off it, you will gain alot of weight back. eat three full meals a day, but healthy ones

LOL.. I weigh about 154 pounds now. I want to get to around 105 because I'm 5'2 and that's what the very middle of my test was. I'm alergic to yeast, so its really hard for me to get carbs, so I have to eat a lot of pills, but it really helps with the weight. I also don't eat any red meat, but a lot of tofu.
