Hi, i was wondering what the healthy number of calories to be eaten per day is? if anyone knows, please tell me, thankx!

The regular amount of calories for girls our age to be comsumed in a day is 1850-2200.

It depends on whether you want to maintain or lose weight. You should eat between 1200 and 1500 calories to lose weight, and between 1600 and 2000 to maintain it. Good luck!

It usually depends on your weight. I weigh 140 and my healthy # is about 1000-1500 about. The # gets higher as your weight gets higher.
