ALRIGHT ALRIGGHT I ADMIT IT! Im ruining my diets by blowing them off and eating.(yah like those 6 brownies i ruined my diet with last week.)one other thing that is bad is that when i go to school i dont have breakfast because im in a rush and im hardly hungry but when lunch time comes i feel i could die because im soooo hungry. But on the weekends i dont eat breakfast or have a morning exercise because i stay up most of the night and sleep until like 1:00 in the afternoon.if u can tell me wut i can do about this PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ IM BEGGING YOU PLZ REPLY THIS MESSAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No matter what, you HAVE to eat breakfast. Studies has shown that dieters who eat breakfast lost more weight, and quicker, than dieters who don't. Even if it's just a glass of milk, an apple, a bowl a cereal, it doesn't matter, eat it. I have the same problem you do, but I still eat breakfast, and, although I'm hungry at lunch, I only bring enough, or by enough to make myself not hungry, not full. Good luck!
