To Jessica: For breakfast: i packet of flavored- ussually peach(yummie). Lunch: regular school lunch- ex: hotdog, veggie- fries,or corn - fruitcup & milk 1%, Dinner: whatever mom makes small porportions. I do Gym at school everyday, and I'm starting volleyball training. i do occationally eat sweets,I lost most of the weight during the summer - 20lbs. - Hope this helps! chiao, ttyl!
