Ht. 5'3", Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 127 lb - hi guys! im 15 years old and i am 5'3 and weigh about 157 lbs!! as you can see my height and weight arent proportional!! its cold in the winter so i cant run outside...and i dont like workout tapes cuz i get annoyed and confused with all the different moves and stuff!!! i really really really want to loose 30 lbs by the summer!! i notice alot of you are drinking alot of water!! im going to try that cuz i drink alot of milk and soda!! please if u have any suggestions email me at xilauraix@yahoo.com

what i did was drink that slim fast stuff, it really makes a difference. what you do is replace 2 meals a day with slim fast and eat a small third, try to run as often as possible and youll lose more weight than you can handle. good luck
