Today: 290 lb - Hi i was wondering if any one can give me some tips. I'm 290 pounds and amtrying to loose weight but i can;t in fact every time i weigh myself i am just fatter and fatter... some one please help me....

Ok your first mistake is to weigh yourself constently. If you don't loose weight it just makes you feel bad. Try a balenced diet or try to join a program. Exercise the most you possibly can. It makes you feel better and it helps you loose weight. Ok a tip for weighing yourself is to weigh 1 a week or month that way its less depressing

first of all don't call your self fat
do you want to know why because if i had have spent more time focussing on making myself healthy in stead of calling myself fat i would weigh alot less than i do now which is 280ish
just keep on trying and incourage yourself and good luck
