I hate my body...I tried to do the whole don't eat anything at all but then when I started eating again I put back on all the weight plus more. And now I just can't stop eating..and I'm getting bigger and bigger. Its getting out of control and I hate it. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

try to occupy yourself as much as possible....go ouyt side,take a walk,or play with pets if u have any... I hope this helps and good luck! :)

its better to lose weight slow and natural, eating HEALTHY and excercising regularly. did you know that eating is what starts your metabolism? so if you dont eat your really just burning yourself out. dont have big meals, eat small ones throughout the day. when you dont eat for a couple of days, your body is starved for nutrition and grabs at the first thing that comes in, including fat instead of burning it when youe at regularly.

If you just start joining more school sports or even out of school activities that will help alot. I'm a cheerleader and when I started cheerleading i wieghed 132 now i wiegh 103 you should try it good luck
