Ht. 5'10", Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 58) - i have this thing called body dysmorphya, i think i spelled that wrong, anyway, no matter how much weight i lose i still see myself as a fat slob, i am 16 and weigh about 150 pounds.i need to know how to lose more weight fast, or just some advise

hey mauro!! well the only thing that i can say is that you need to excersice and drink lots of water. if you deciede to jog then try to jog 1 minute without stopping and if you can then try 2 but if you cant then just keep trying until you can do 1 minute and then just move on to 2 and 3 and...i hope that helps!! anyway..you can email me xtreme1jnh7390@hotmail.com and remember that if you lose more than 2 lbs in 1 week then thats not healthy at all. good luck!
