its mauro again, for you people that didnt know, body dysmorphya is when you see yourself as a fat slob. i forgot to mention that i am 5' 10'', i am open to suggestions so pleeees heeeelp meeeeee!!!!!!!

hi mauro. u should just eat healthy(cut down on fatty food), drink lots of water(about 8 glasses a day), and exercise! u don't have to exercise for hours each day. i just started exercising for about 20 minutes a day and i noticed that my pants r already a bit looser. so don't overexercise. take it slowly and u will start losing weight for sure! good luck!
