hi...im over 200lb so as u can tell im seriously overweight only being 14...being a girl in her teenage years this is a huge problem...i have just moved from england to cananda...and wud like to go to my new school looking slim...i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on losing weight...or how they do it...thanks

Reply from Rachel, Age 16 - 02/09/03 - IP#: 24.192.202.xxx i have treadmill at home. i started walking on it for 15 minutes at first and then built up to 20 minutes. i'm gonna start walking for 25 minutes from next week or so. i listen to my walkman so i don't get bored. if u wannna ask anymore questions, just ask =)

Reply from Rachel, Age 16 - 02/09/03 - IP#: 24.192.202.xxx hi unknown. well basically, the only things u have to do to lose weight is eat healthy(cut down on fatty food), drink lots of water(about 8 glasses a day), and exercise. i started exercising about 2 weeks ago for 20 minutes a day and i lost about 5 pounds. i hope this helped. if u need more advice, just post ur reply here bye!
