Ht. 5'5", Start: 165 lb, Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 48), Goal: 115 lb - Hello everyone~
I am going to be at a spa in less than two months with my boyfriend to get mud baths and massages! :) Which I am looking forward to, but I dont look that appealing in a bikini anymore. No, I am not obese or anything, I just have a little extra flab. I am 126 pounds right now and want to be around 115. Last summer I was 165 and I have lost a lot since. But, I cant seem to lose any more! If you have any tips that can help, please reply to this message. Good luck to everyone else! Just so you know, I am 5'5, female, and am a dancer. hey! congratualtions on losing the weight that youve lost so far! i think that watever your doing right now seems like its working so i would continue doing what you were doing before but just remember to drink lots of water and to eat healthy foods like celery or basically any fruits or veggies good luck!

Hi! I was just wondering, how did u lose the weight and how long did it take? And how much weight did u lose in the first couple of weeks do u remember? Ive lost about 7 pounds so far and its been a couple of weeks but it isnt that noticable. When did u start seeing noticable results?? please email me or reply on here.
