hey, my aerobics teacher told my class that she read somewhere that if u want to lose weight, u shouldnt eat about 4 hourse before u go to bed and to have breakfast be ur biggest meal. i'm gonna try it and i hope it works, and if u try t good luck w/ losing weight! i hope this helps.
