hey! I need your help. Do you think this is a good diet/exercise plan? Breakfast- bowl of Special K with 2% milk. Lunch- Sandwich, salad, fruit, yogurt. Dinner- salad and fruit. Plus I'm not going to eat after 3 hrs before going to bed. Exercise, Mon,Wed,Fri-Bellydancing video, Ab roller, 15 min on bike and dancing to music before i go to bed. Tues, Thursday- Tae Bo Basic workout, Ab Roller, 15 min on bike and dancing before going to bed. Sat- Hula workout, Ab roller, 15 min on bike, dancing. Sun- rest. And I'm gonna drink tons of water! Do ya'll think this a good diet/exercise plan to lose weight in 7 months before going to middle school?

Reply from Liz, Age 18 - 02/15/03 - IP#: 144.136.144.xxx that sounds fantastic! however, with dinner you should have some kind of fish, chicken or meat because it is very important that you have protein and iron. i know that if i dont eat enough meat i get anemia, which is a condition where you feel tired and dizzy and faint all the time. If you dont want to eat meat then you should take supplements for iron. Good luck you can do this!!
