Ht. 5'9", Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 79) - i really need tips on how to excercise...i start to run on the treadmill, but i get tired, so i do ab slidesn and crunches....what else should i do...also, im 5'9 and 148lbs...does that sound ok?

you are in the perfect area. Your weight is text book ideal for your height. If you are worried about becoming more toned though, just keep up with exercising.

DONT LISTEN TO LIZ! she is a brat! OMG U HAVE NO IDEA!!u rnt fat, but u should get in shape, and eat helthier. liz is a brat becuz she sais that skinny ppl sholud feel wut she feels cuz she is fat, but yet, she is wanting people to stop making fun of her, and she wont try at all to help herselfe not be made fun of by losing a few pounds! it is like she wants to stay fat so that ppl will feel better for her. if she tells u that again and agin that you shludnt try and help urselfe, u could end up really un healthy one day. just eat healthier.

I dont think you need to lose any weight!!! i am the same height and 185! if you want to get fitter/more toned do weights and exercises though.
