Ht. 5'2", Today: 128 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - Hey! I weigh 128 and I'm about 5 foot 2. Some people might say I'm not fat, but I sure seem fat! I really want to lose about 18 to 20 lbs...if anyone has some suggestions on what I can do, please help! Thanks :)

cardio along with a little toning works gooi have been joggin 4 min in place 5 times a day leg lifts and crunches and have lost 4 lbs in 2 days i have also been eating realy good you can do it dont let anyone bring u down if u want this bad enough u will do it ! good luck

eat healthy and exersise u can do it!
