Ht. 4'8", Today: 275 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - just say that im 4'8 and 275 and any tips would be appreciated iam in the 8th grade

I think Danyas ideas were really good! so im gonna give you some exercizes you can do like riding a bike running around your block once a day sitt ups push ups and jump roping!!

One of the best things to do that usually will always work(unless you have a medical problem that makes it difficult to lose any weight) is cut out the unhealthy fats(grease, lots of butter....ect), white flour(white bread..ect) and large amounts of sugar(any type of pastry, candy...) and get at least 30 minutes of any kind of active movement every day. Building muscle is also a great way to lose weight because for every 3 pounds of muscle you have you have, you will burn an extra 150 calories. Hope these help, good luck!
