I am 5'1 140 lbs. I really want to look nice in a bathing suit this summer. How much weight can I safley loose in about three months? My goal weight is 105-110 lbs. How long can it take me to get to that weight? And also, if its not asking too much, does any of you all have any tips to help me out. They would be ever so much appriciated. Thanks a ton everyone!

I know I'm not overweight, but I would also like to get to a healthier weight, say 120-125lbs. Not to crush your weight loss goal, but I think you probably look fine the way you are! 105 is WAY too skinny....in my opinion. (Even for someone younger than 24)! :-)

I have a few pool partys and i want 2 look good, im trying 2 work on my stomach rite now so i might b able 2 get into a 2piece. Im doing crunches(situps) and walking on a treadmill while im watching TV, so at least im doing something since its 2 cold 2 go outside, i hope ill c results! another good idea is 2 buy a bathing suit thjat u would REALLY like 2 fit into, even though it mite not look good on u yet, and then that way ull have an incentive 2 lose weight, im thinking about doing that. well hope i helped! if u want 2 talk more email me @ churchchickkk@aol.com
Reply from Nicole, Age 12 - 02/28/03 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx Hey, i know how it is my freind that lives in my neighborhood had a pool and i always wore bord shorts(at the time i wasnt that fat but i thought i was) they always asked me why i wore them i never new what to say!i think it would take 2-3 months (your not suposed to lose more than 10 pounds a month i asked my mom shes a doctor)you can try drinking a glass of water between each meal so you wont eat as much 6-8 glasses of water a day! you can eat half of youre meal no snacks in beetween ( only eat when youre hungry) dont eat at night or it will turn into fat exercize:i would get on a ruiteen like run around your block once a day 80 sitt ups ups day 15 push ups a day 100 jumps on the jump rope (just some ideas you can make up your own ruiteen! hope i helped nicole
