hello it doesnt matter how much u weight ( u probaly heard dat before) how do you feel all you really have to do is eat less and drink water imagine its your favrite soda then to flush to excess weight exercise it gonna take time so get ready for a long time now youre 16 now by 18 youll be nice healthy weight

what do you mean an exzotic reason? are you sure you weigh 446 pounds? thats alot for a 16 year old girl. whats your height? Have you talked to your parents about this? I think you need professional help. Go to a doctor or a dietician, or join a weight loss group. How did you get this way? Do you problems with over eating? Are other people in your family this big? You sound very unhappy and I'm telling you to talk to your parents. They love you and will understand. You need to get over this and get your life back. You probably feel there is no hope but there is. Maybe you are shy and because you are different other peers dont understand you. Dont give up you are still so young. Go and see someone who can help you and support you.

You need serious help. My mother went on a program called weight watchers. She said it was really good. Go to weight watchers.com to get info.
