hey i need someone to tell me if this good or not. On the week days I dont eat breakfast.i try but i have no time. i usually eat a lot of food for lunch and for dinner i eat everyone else eats but we eat really fattening things like we have fried chicken maybe 2 times a week and lots and lots of butter.If you havent figured it out yet we eat alot of soul food. I NEED HELP PLEASE!

first off what i would do is get up earlyer... like i do to eat a lil something cause if u eat no breakfest and start with lunch most of that goes to be fat... then eat lil amount of lunch and super... no eating between meals.... and when u eat lunch and super try to use a smaller plate or give ur food to friends... if u at school... and then exercise... do 100 curl ups and 100 sit ups thats what i do and i lost 3 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks good luck with it and i know it does not sound like 3lbs in 1 1/2 weeks does not sound like much but i helps

hello these foods are bad for u u need to eat breakfast beacuse skipping meals can slow your motablolism soul food id great but when u get the urge to eat chickin with butter dricnk water it stops the craving also instead of all that butter mabye some margerine
