Im im in 8th grage but i weigh like 168 lbs, i want 2 b like at least 150 by my b-day in june but i prefer 2 b at 130, but thats a stretch. I always see my friends who are like size XS-S 0-2's while im a 11-13 L-XL, im embarrassed 2 go shopping w/ my skinny friends sum times, i want 2 b able 2 eat ANYTHING, have fun, not have 2 worry about anything, fit in smaller clothes and look better because im only 13 and i want 2 live each day 2 the fullest w/o having 2 worry about my weight! does anyone else feel like that or is it just me? I have very little time in the day so i cant exercise much and it seems like im ALWAYS eating, i cant help it, any ideas 2 subsitute 4 eating? or sometimes im just 2 lazy or tired 2 exercise or work out. Any one got any ideas on how 2 keep up my energy so i can do more but still b able 2 get a good nights sleep? i know wut the reward will b in the end, but somehow i just seem 2 slip any ideas that could keep me going and not want 2 quit? well thanx and if anyone has anymore ideas or just wants 2 talk, email me at Churchchickkk@aol.com :) lots of luv

And that thing about being emabrrased when you go shopping, I'm like that too. Especially since they're all like size 0, xs, and they fit in all the clothes and I don't!! What's your height?
