Ht. 5'5", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - hi, i am 13 years old girl I am around 5'5, like most of you i'm concerned about my weight. I weigh 137-140.I wear a size 11 jeans and a medium or large tops. I am currently doing situps, i was sick last week so i didn't do as many. I relised that when i do situps my upper stomache becomes tighter and nothing happens to my actual 'fat'. I asked my mom and dad for a treadmile but they said it was to expensiv, and i've just spent all my money. I would run near my house but we've just moved into a new area and there are alot of construction sights so i dont wanna step on any nails or anything. plz help

wut i try and do i use things around my house. like the stairs. i run up and down them for a amount of tyme. just try to be resourceful.

Why dont you wear joggers when you are walking? Or simply dont walk through the contruction sites but rather on the pavement or road. If not, run on the spot for a few minutes builiding up your times, or jump rope.

well then i guess you could find a park or something like that and jog around there. there should be one somewhere near where you live
