Reply from Liz, Age 18 - 03/08/03 - IP#: 144.136.144.xxx Exercise tip: exercise 30 mins a day by walking/jogging/bike riding/sports. Food tips: cut out fried foods, candy, chips, fast foods. Eat fruits/veggies as snacks. Eat smaller portions at main meals and drink loads of water.
