Ht. 5'3", Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - I know i have wrote tons of these latly i just wanna say thanks to everyone who has replyed... also... i need to lose about 10-15 lbs before this summer so keep giving me tips thanks... i am 5'3 125-130 lbs thanks

. OK here's my advice to you. You should eat a lot of fruits for a week. Any fruit you would like, i usually eat grapes. Then the following week you should start eating fat free Pringle chips, it taste good and it has no fat. That will keep you from getting hungry.
