Start: 126 lb, Today: 130 lb - Hello everyone. I just got back from Chicago, Illinois. I was there for a week. I was in a dance competition. I got two thirds and a fourth out of about 30 people! WOW I am happy!but, while I was gone, I didnt watch what I ate, and I gained from 126 to 130! And now I am sad. Please help me!

. OK here's my advice to you. You should eat a lot of fruits for a week. Any fruit you would like, i usually eat grapes. Then the following week you should start eating fat free Pringle chips, it taste good and it has no fat. That will keep you from getting hungry.
