im so happy ive gone down 5 dress sizes in englsih sizes i was about a size thirty and now im a size 20 and yhey r lose (jeans) yipeee i havent lost any w8 cos my body is mainly water right but i have toned up though im so happy.

I have two sisters one younger and one older they both weigh less then i do my older sister is 16 and she weighs 96 pounds both of my sisters call me fat and a cow and it hurts my feelings. I even weigh more than my mom and that is so depressing. I need some help on losing weight. I don't have any self-condience can any of you help me with that.
