I was wondering, now i play soccer and run aroun alot, sso, if i have 1-2 games a week and i exercise 2-3 times between games, will that be enough exercise to help me lose weight???

Taylor, Hey, I've been reading what girls have to say on this site for quiet the while and you are by FAR one of the people who need desprite help! Your weight will be just fine! If you do what you say you are doing you will be a skinny minny!

thats good going, but you still need to eat healthy too. maybe just cut back on the junk food like chips, cookies, candy and other things, and replace them with fruit! that should help you lose weight
